On This Day in Elizabethan History: The Death of the 2nd Earl of Pembroke

On this day in Elizabethan history in 1601, Henry Herbert, the 2nd Earl of Pembroke died at his family's Wilton House. He was laid to rest in Salisbury Cathedral.
